# 1. **Incorrect or Damaged Items**

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately:

- **Contact us** via WhatsApp or email within **1 hour** of receiving your delivery.

- Provide details of the issue along with any photos of the incorrect or damaged items.


We will:

- **Replace the item** free of charge, or

- Offer you a **full refund** for the affected item.


# 2. **Missing Items**

If part of your order is missing:

- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within **1 hour** of delivery.

- We will arrange to **redeliver** the missing item as quickly as possible, or issue a **refund** if the item cannot be redelivered.


# 3. **Food Quality Issues**

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food delivered:

- Contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately, providing feedback and photos if applicable.

- We will investigate the issue and, based on our discretion, provide a **replacement** or **partial refund**.


# 4. **Order Cancellation**

If you need to cancel your order:

- Cancellations are accepted **within 30 minutes** of placing the order.

- Orders cannot be canceled once they are being prepared or out for delivery.


# 5. **Refund Process**

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within **7-10 business days**. Please note that bank processing times may vary.


# 6. **Non-Refundable Situations**
